Pedigree

Thyme is the biggest presence in our home. She greets everyone early each morning enthusiastically, waving what ever dirty laundry she can find at eye level and encouraging a rapid rise to the kitchen and subsequently a walk around the farm. A substantial female with beard to spare; Thyme is intelligent, easy to train, and highly cooperative. She is a natural retriever, strong swimmer and intense tracker over long distances. With an early love for all things birds, Thyme has been hunted on grouse, pheasant, quail, chukar, Hungarian Partridge, and waterfowl. Sound moving after long days in the field, we plan to move forward with Thyme's advanced NAVHDA testing this year and are looking forward to a litter from her in the future.

Nice working dog. Beautiful wire texture coat. Head has nice planes and great bite. Eyes are soft and gentle. Ears have great length and shape. Good depth and width of chest. Front quarters have nice layback but are a little east/west. Back quarters have decent angles but a little east/west. Good tail set. Strong toppling. Nice easy sporting movement. Rated V-1

Solid, good sized bitch. Coat has great texture. Head is strong yet feminine. Bite is correct. Eyes well blended with coat, ears well set and used. Chest has good depth and is broad. Front quarters have good angle. Back quarters have good bend to the stifle and hocks are well let down. Tail is well set and well carried. Topline is solid and level both standing and moving. Movement is efficient and easy. Rated V-1
